Somatic Therapy

The body is not just structure — it’s memory, sensation, reaction.
It holds tension, emotion, and patterns we’re often unaware of, but deeply affected by. In this practice, we include elements of somatic therapy to rebuild connection with the body, release internal holding, and restore sensitivity.motion.

What this work includes:

  • Gentle myofascial release techniques (through movement, breath, or touch)
  • Deep tissue engagement — without pain or force
  • Reconnection between body and attention
  • Letting-go practices — in movement and stillness
  • Support in sensing and feeling the body without judgment or pressure

This is not therapy in the clinical sense.
It’s a space where the body can be heard, trusted, and allowed to return to its natural state — without defense or tension. There’s nothing to fix here.
Only something to feel — and allow.

Movement is not effort. It's return.
