11:00 — Meditative Movement & Breath (in-studio)
20:00 — Evening Breathwork Session (online)
Weekly Classes
Online or In-Studio Online classes are held via Zoom. The link is sent after registration. In-person sessions take place at: 155 Innovation Dr, Winnipeg MB R3T 5Y3, Canada All classes require pre-registration. Space is limited to keep the experience personal.
One-on-One Sessions
Individual sessions are scheduled by request.
You can choose:
• Online format (movement, breathwork, or somatic work)
• In-person sessions in the studio
• Multi-session packages (3+ meetings)
